Can´t find "Enter registration code" on the website?

The enter registration code button is found in the application, not on our website. It appears on the registration dialog box that appears when you start the application. If you do not receive this dialog when you start the program, then the program is still currently in fully-functional trial mode - after running the application 15 to 30 times you will receive the dialog. To spawn the registration dialog before it automatically appears please try the following:

PictureViewer .EXE: Right-Click the toolbar or the open photo, select 'Enter Registration Code' from the menu.

Batch Rename .EXE: Right-Click the 'wizard' graphic near the bottom. ex. Right click on the black and white part of the image that reads 'Batch Rename .EXE'.

Image Converter .EXE: Open the main application program; then go to the 'help' menu on the menu bar and select 'enter registration key'

Image Converter .EXE 3 Scripting Edition: Go to the 'help' menu located at the top and select 'enter registration key'.

Note: For more help on the registration process, please see our registration support site.

'Unregistered Preview Conversion' watermark still on images ?

If you have recently purchased and entered your registration key for Image Converter .EXE, but the text ' unregistered preview conversion ' or ' please register to remove this text ' still appears when using the conversion wizard; you may need to download the latest version (v.2.0.77). This error was resolved by our developers December 4th, 2005 with the product version 2.0.77 release. If you are using version 2.0.74 or earlier you can resolve the problem by downloading and reinstalling the latest version from the product homepage. Right-Clicking a file causes Icons to Disappear Temporarily ?

Problem Example:
1) if you right-click on a file on your desktop, then the icons on the desktop disappear and only the wallpaper showing. After a few seconds the icons on the desktop return.

2) If you are in Explorer and right-click on a IMAGE file, the program closes.

Temporary Solution:
This is a system based error caused by to many Shell Extension processes running on your machine. To solve the problem simply uninstall the SoftTech InterCorp software application, then reinstall it without the Shell Extension. In most cases this is done in the 'Select Components' stage of the install process. Simply 'uncheck' the box next to "Shell Extension".
