Adding a date to a set of images using Batch Rename .EXE

  1. Launch Batch Rename .EXE

  2. Go to the folder where the images you want to rename are located.

  3. Highlight and select the files.
  4. Drag the files to Batch Rename .EXE

  1. Press Next
  2. Select the top setting and use the drop down menu to select document name.
  3. Select the top left dialog box and add a space.
  4. Select the second to the top setting and select {mm-dd-yyyy (date)}
  5. Click Next

  6. Review and inspect if the filename is renamed to your specifications, if not click back to edit your desired settings.

  1. Click Finish

  2. Finalize renaming process by pressing Finished
